Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal and Merchandise Exchange

The Customer, being a "Consumer" as defined in Article 3 of the Consumer Code, is entitled to the rights provided by Art. 52 and following of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree of 21/02/2014 No. 21, to withdraw within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods. Products that are non-returnable for hygiene reasons or if personalized. Merchandise exchange is possible within 14 working days from receipt. This right may be exercised in full or in part (only some of the products purchased).

The Customer can exercise this right by communicating their intention to withdraw by sending an email to servizioclienti@desirevibe.com indicating the name, surname, order number, and IBAN for the possible refund. The right of withdrawal can be exercised within no more than 14 (fourteen) working days from the receipt of the goods.

The cost of shipping for the return of the goods is fully borne by the Customer. Moreover, the cost of shipping and any other costs will not be refunded: delivery by appointment, cash on delivery fees, etc.

Once the goods are received, including the invoice, URSU’S E-SHOP DI ALEXEI URSU will verify the integrity of the goods and subsequently proceed with a full or partial refund.

ATTENTION: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Clothing without the original packaging or with tampered packaging or underwear without the original packaging or worn;

In accordance with Art. 59 letter "e" of Legislative Decree 21 of 21/02/2014, the exercise of the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or related to health protection. Therefore, returns of articles intended to come into contact with intimate parts of the person (e.g., briefs, bodysuits, fishnet suits, one-piece swimsuits, monokinis, etc.) will not be accepted under any circumstances. Nor can products be returned that, due to the nature of their materials, undergo adaptations to the person if worn. (Latex garments, stockings, fishnet garments, and similar). The return of such items is possible only if the garment has not been worn even for fitting

• for hygiene reasons, objects, and accessories whose use involves contact with intimate parts and/or mucous membranes or body secretions lacking the original packaging or in any case if it is determined that there has been contact with intimate parts of the body (example dildos, vibrators, vaginal balls, mouth gags, etc.);
• custom-made or personalized goods;
• incompleteness of the original product (absence of cables, batteries, instruction manuals, etc.);
• damage to the product not caused by transport

In the case of defective or damaged products, after providing proof (photos and videos of the product); this will be refunded or replaced, according to your preference. The merchandise exchange can occur within no more than 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the goods for the following reasons:

• the clothing or shoe needs to be replaced in size;
• the merchandise has a manufacturing defect;
• desire to replace the item with another article;
• the merchandise is on promotion;

The methods of communication and costs to be borne are the same as those for the right of withdrawal indicated above.
