Payment methods

All orders are payable in euros, including taxes and compulsory contributions Any bank charges will be borne solely by the customer (even in the event of a refund). Customers can choose from several payment options, each designed for security and convenience:

  • PayPal: This option allows for quick and secure payments using only the e-mail address and password chosen when registering with PayPal. This method does not require you to enter credit card details with each purchase and ensures fast order processing.
  • Credit/Debit Card: We accept all the most common credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and UnionPay. In cases of merchandise purchase with credit card payment method, concurrently with the conclusion of the online transaction, the issuing company will authorize only the commitment of the amount related to the purchase made. At no point in the purchase procedure is URSU’S E-SHOP DI ALEXEI URSU able to know the buyer's credit/debit card information, transmitted via a secure connection directly to the site of the card-issuing company managing the transaction. No electronic archive of URSU’S E-SHOP DI ALEXEI URSU will retain such data. Under no circumstances can URSU’S E-SHOP DI ALEXEI URSU therefore be held responsible for any fraudulent and improper use of credit/debit cards by third parties at the time of payment for products purchased on the Site.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery only Italy): For those who prefer to pay upon receipt, we offer the option of paying cash directly to the courier. There is an additional cash handling fee for this service. It is important to note that although cash on delivery payment is often perceived as more secure, PayPal and credit cards equally offer the option to dispute payments after receiving the goods.
  • Bank Transfer: For those who prefer traditional methods, the bank transfer must be made before the goods are shipped. The Customer is obliged to make the transfer within 3 days of order confirmation. Details for the wire transfer will be provided at the time of purchase. In the absence of notification within the stipulated three days, the order will be considered void and the product put back on sale. Please note that this mode may slow down delivery time.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay: Fast and secure payments using mobile devices.
  • Bancontact: A payment method only for Belgium.
  • iDEAL: A payment method only for the Netherlands.
  • Shop Pay: This option allows for a quick checkout that saves the customer's email address, credit card, and shipping and billing information, eliminating the need to enter these details every time they make a purchase.
  • Satispay: This option allows for fast and secure payments directly from the Satispay app.
